The patented material and technology allows production from a single continuous thermoplastic sheet by successive in-line operations. The core is produced from a single sheet by thermoforming, folding and bonding operations. The production of the honeycomb cores can be made from different polymers including Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polystyrene, PET, Polyamide, Polycarbonate, ABS and others.

This ultra light honeycomb core can be laminated with different facing sheet materials offering a composite sandwich panel with high bending properties at low cost and weight. The panels are very light and resistant, they have good mechanical performances, density of 60-80kg/m3, high rigidity and flexural strength. Thickness: from 3,5mm to 28mm. Maximum size: 6000mm x 1400mm.
