To get the "Shantung" texture apply Kebena Metal metal paint over a layer of Unifond KS.
Unifond KS - Light textured primer. It is spread by brush or roller. To achieve the effect, use a comb (or something similar) over the wet product.
Kebana Metal - Water based metallic paint. Apply with brush through irregular movements.
