Acoustic Curtains
VSCOM-0001
Acoustic curtain fabrics (Carmen, Marmara and Formozo)
are translucent curtain fabrics that are able to absorb five
times more sound than customary translucent curtain fabrics.
These innovative, woven curtain fabrics not only improve a
room’s acoustics while providing filtered light, but they are
also durable, lightweight and colourfast. As an added benefit,
curtains can be designed and made without seams. Offering
a sound absorption coefficient, alpha W, of between 0.5 and
0.6, the use of these curtain fabrics reduces echoes, absorbs
sound and improves verbal understandability in interior
project surroundings such as office areas, conference rooms,
restaurants, hotel lobbies and multifunctional halls.
