Travertine is a form of limestone sedimentary rock, formed by the precipitation of carbonate minerals from solution in ground and surface waters, and geothermally heated hot-springs. This travertine has a classic decorative elegance in shades of beige and gray, and very high resistance. It is easy to match with metal or wood. Rough at the surface, suggesting an austere elegance, this type of travertine is very well suited for rooms whose atmospheres rely on contrasts. Indoor applications: offices, kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, cladding of floors, walls or pillars with flat surfaces, fireplaces.
