Kavala Cross Cut Polished Marble

Marble is a rock resulting from metamorphism of sedimentary carbonate rocks, most commonly limestone or dolomite rock, by recrystallization of the original carbonate mineral grains. The Volakas polished marble ennobles any surface through its shine and rich texture with a mix of white tones with slightly grey shades. A sealing procedure is recommended for protecting the stone’s surface. Indoor applications: bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, spas, hallways, fireplaces, countertops etc. Outdoor applications: facades claddings, home bases, fences, pillars etc. Size: 60x30x2/60x60x2/ cut-to-size slabs of 2 or 3cm thick/countertops of 3cm thick/ plinths and other custom shapes Exterior decoration projects use Kavala Marble tiles (2 cm thickness) for cladding covered terraces, exterior facades of buildings, home bases or pillars. The uniform color scheme allows Kavala Marble to be used in combination with materials and tiles of complementing colors: black (marble, granite and slate), cream (travertine, marble), reddish (travertine), green (slate) etc. Careful selection of materials and a hint of inspiration combined with colors contrasting with Kavala create a pleasant image.
